より良い購入のために

住宅購入の最大の障害となりがちな頭金。Nabrは、ネット・ゼロ・エミッションの注文住宅を自分の好きな条件で購入できる柔軟性を提供することで、この問題を解決していきます。

Nabrでは、最初から購入だけでなく、Nabrの「LEAPプログラム」（購入オプション付きリース）を選択することができます。

LEAPでは、最長5年間のオプション期間内に、あらかじめ設定されたストライクプライスで住宅を購入することができます。契約期間も自由に選択でき、頭金も1％程度で購入価格を固定することができます。毎月のリース料を支払うことで、住宅購入のためのクレジットを獲得できます。また、住宅が購入価格より高くなった場合、その価値を保持することができます。

まず、ウェイティングリストに登録し、希望の居住地やユニットタイプを選択します。その内容をもとに、Nabrが次に開発する場所や規模を決定します。

次に、さまざまなカスタマイズやアップグレードを選択し、住戸のレイアウトやインテリアをデザインします。その後、LEAPプログラム（購入オプション付きリース）の使用など、購入条件の決定していきます。住み始めてからも、ニーズに合わせてユニットをプログラムし、新しいサービスやアップグレードに申し込むことが可能です。

シリコンバレーに登場する最初の開発〈SoFA One〉

With Nabr, you have the option to buy at the onset, or participate in Nabr’s LEAP program, which stands for lease-with-an-option-to purchase. With LEAP, you have the ability to purchase your home at a predetermined strike price within an option period of up to five years. You can select contract terms and lock in your home’s purchase price with as low as 1% down. By making your monthly lease payments, you’ll earn credits towards your home purchase. If your home appreciates beyond the purchase price, you retain that value.

Coming to Silicon Valley SoFA One

Located in the heart of downtown San Jose’s art district at 415 South 3nd Street, SoFA One will open to residents in 2023.

Co-designed by world-renowned architecture firm BIG-Bjarke Ingels Group, Nabr’s first development will have over 100 available units, which consumers can reserve with a 1% down payment. In addition, SoFA One will offer a diverse range of amenities, including a shared rooftop park, electric vehicle charging, bike and personal storage, community garden and event space, and access to wellness and fitness facilities. Ground level retail spaces will be programmed to complement the neighborhood and serve as gathering points for the community.

A region known for innovation and creativity, SoFA’s central location is in close proximity to global dining, local entertainment, wellness activities, and community culture. The development is roughly a mile from Diridon Caltrain Station transit, one block from San Jose State University, and centrally located near many major technology employers, offering residents better access to commuting options.
