東京・椎名町にオープンした焼き菓子と和紅茶の店である。
椎名町は人の温もりが感じられ、クライアントの希望する「シンプルではあるが温かみのある空間」に適した町。
人の気配や手づくりの温かみを感じられるように、表情のある左官材や鉄材を溶接したファサードサッシ、特注のテーブル、古木材の棚板など、オープン後に人の手が加わり完成していくマテリアルを選定した。
また既存のスケルトン空間には赤い鉄骨の梁材が残っていたので、照明器具や空調機を同色塗装で製作し、林檎色の折り上げ天井を空間のアクセントとした。
クライアントの温厚な空気感や声を掛けてくださる地域の方々、焼き菓子のいい香りが1つひとつの要素となり完成する空間となった。（吉田佑介）
A bake shop overflowing with texture makes you feel the warmth
This is a baked cake and Japanese tea store opened in Shiinamachi, Tokyo.
Shiinamachi is a town where one can feel the warmth of people and is suitable for the “simple but warm space” desired by the client.
In order to feel the presence of people and the warmth of handmade products, materials completed by human hands after the opening were selected, such as uneven plastering, facade sashes welded from iron, custom-made tables, and shelving boards made from old wood.
The existing skeleton space still had red steel beams, so light fixtures and air conditioning units were made using the same color paint, and an apple-colored folded ceiling was used to accentuate the space.
The warm atmosphere of the client, the local people who greet the staff, and the delicious aroma of the baked goods were the elements that came together to complete the space. (Yusuke Yoshida)
