都市の夜空に浮かび上がる光のボリューム

〈Stand POD〉は、ブラジル・サンパウロにおける新しい集合住宅のショールームとして建設され、夜間には光のボリュームが浮かび上がる、ひときわ目を引く仮設建築です。

足場により構成されているため、ゼロ・ウェイストと100％の再利用可能を達成したサステナブルな建築です。サンパウロを拠点に活動する建築スタジオFGMFが設計しました。

仮設だからこそ採用した、不動産とは真逆のアプローチ

このポップアップ・ショールームでは、不動産開発にて新たな集合住宅を建設するのとは逆の方法を採用した。

この敷地に建設予定の建物（FGMFが設計）の一部を模し、足場を用いて構成したボリュームをもった、24時間オープンな広場をつくり出した。これにより、単なる仮設の商業建築の枠を超えた、都市への介入を実現している。

〈Stand POD〉は簡単に建設することができ、ゼロ・ウェイストで100％の再利用可能を達成したサステナブルな建築である。

夜間には昼間とは異なる外観となり、足場よりも周期的に色を変える照明が目を引く、都市に浮かぶボリュームとなっている。

Stand POD

For this pop-up show room we’ve decided to go the opposite way real estate development usually launches a new apartment building. We created a composition of volumes using scaffolding that refers to part of the building to be built (also a project by FGMF) and a 24/7 open plaza. The result was an urban intervention more than a simple temporary commercial building. Easily built and fully reusable with zero waste, at night the volumes showcase an outstanding lighting design, periodically changing its color and providing a different scenario from the day-light appearance: rather than the scaffolding, what stands out at night are the floating volumes in the urban landscape.
