コース提供をメインとするスペシャリティーコーヒー店。
非日常な体験を求めて、喧騒から切り離された特別な場を作ることを目的とし、「余白」により、コーヒーに集中して向き合える場所を目指した。
スケルトンのままの内装の中央に、そこだけ作り込まれた特別なボリュームをつくり、身舎と廂の関係のように室内に余白を設けた。目から受け取る装飾的な印象をなるべく避け、空間構成から特別な感情を起こさせるよう注意した。

A coffee shop where you engage with aroma and flavor through the space around it
A specialty coffee shop primarily offering courses.
Seeking to create a special place detached from the hustle and bustle, aiming for an extraordinary experience, we focused on creating a space where one can concentrate on coffee through the use of “white space.”
Within the skeleton-like interior, a distinct, carefully crafted volume occupies the center, creating a void—much like the relationship between a main hall and its wings. We deliberately avoided decorative elements that might overwhelm the senses, focusing instead on how the spatial composition itself could evoke a special feeling.
