クリスプサラダワークスの創業の地である麻布十番店の移転プロジェクト。
これからのCRISP INC.の掲げる、「熱狂的なファンをつくる・笑顔を広げる・好きになる」というスローガンから、このコミュニケーションをどのように店舗デザインに反映させるかが、キーとなりデザインがスタートした。
お店のあたたかみ（＝お客様との距離を近づける）とクリスプらしさの両立と、ステップアップを意識しデザインを進めた。
中央の大きなテーブルがコミュニケーションの中心となるように鎮座し、お客様を迎え入れる。
サラダを想起させるような鮮やかなグリーンのセラミックタイルが上品ながらも外からの目を引き、ふんだんに使われたチェリー材のあたたかみと深みのある色合わせが、落ち着いた空間を演出する。（高橋 慎）
Salad specialty stores that reflect communication with fans
This is a relocation project for the Azabujuban branch of CRISP SALAD WORKS, where the company was founded.
The slogan for the future of CRISP INC. is “Create enthusiastic fans, spread smiles, and fall in love,” and the key to the design was how to reflect this communication in the store design.
We proceeded with the design with an awareness of both the warmth of the store (to bring it closer to customers) and the character of Crisp, as well as its step up.
A large table in the center serves as the center of communication and welcomes guests.
The bright green ceramic tiles, reminiscent of a salad, are elegant yet eye-catching, and the warmth and depth of the cherry wood used in abundance create a relaxed space. (Shin Takahashi)
