閑静な住宅街に建つ、子育て世代の単世帯住宅。
緩やかに傾斜する南面道路に対して閉じつつも陽光を取り入れるよう配慮した。
1階に大容量の収納スペース、バスルーム、主寝室を設け、2階奥にLDKを配置した。子供部屋は前面の住宅からの視線を遮りつつ、LDKにテラスの光を掬い上げる仕掛けとしてボリュームを1.6m上げている。（二宮 博＋菱谷和子）
A house with a device to scoop up light from the terrace
This is a single-family house in a quiet residential area for the child-rearing generation.
The house is close to the gently sloping south-facing road but allows sunlight to enter.
An ample storage space, bathroom, and main bedroom are located on the first floor, and the LDK is located at the rear of the second floor. The children’s room is raised 1.6m in volume to block the view from the front house and scoop up the light from the terrace into the LDK. (Hiroshi Ninomiya + Kazuko Hishiya)
