傾斜地に建てられたひな壇状の集合住宅のリノベーション。
LDK、和室、洋室と分けられていた空間を、間仕切り壁を撤去して1室につなげ、モルタルとオイル仕上げのフローリングによって素材感のある空間を計画した。
ワンルームにすることで3面に窓ができ、採光・通風や外部への眺望など開放的な環境となった。また、窓からの光によって天候や時間の経過とともに表情を変えるモルタル壁が印象的な空間が生まれた。（入江剛史）

Renovation of a daisy-shaped apartment complex built on a sloping site.
The LDK, Japanese-style room, and Western-style room were divided into a single room by removing partition walls, and mortar and oil-finished flooring were used to create a space with a sense of materiality.
By making it a single room, windows were created on three sides, creating an open environment with lighting, ventilation, and views from the outside. In addition, the mortar walls, which change their expression with the passage of time and weather depending on the light from the windows, create an impressive space. (Takeshi Irie)
