長らく生活の拠点として地域に根付いてきた青果店を、次のステップへ昇華させるためリニューアルを行った。
新鮮な商品を販売することはもちろん、野菜に合わせた調理法、調味料、そのほかお酒に至るまで、顧客との会話の中を通じてより高いレベルでの提案ができるように、コミュニケーション重視のレイアウトへ変更することが入口になった。毎日の仕入れにより変動する商品量を考慮し、商品の鮮やかさを主役とし、内装デザインは背景に徹するようバランスを整えた。

A fruit and vegetable store where the vibrancy of the produce takes center stage
We renovated the long-established neighborhood produce store, which has been a cornerstone of community life, to elevate it to the next level.
The starting point was changing to a communication-focused layout. This allows us to offer higher-level suggestions—from cooking methods and vegetable seasonings to even pairing them with drinks—through conversations with customers, while, of course, continuing to sell fresh produce. Given daily fluctuations in stock due to fresh deliveries, we balanced the design to let the vibrant produce take center stage, with the interior serving as a backdrop.
