周囲には住戸が連なり、買い物や通勤といった日常の動線が交差する場所に位置している。外から目的をもって訪れるというよりも、通り抜けや待ち合わせ、ふと立ち止まる行為が自然に起こる環境として、この場所を捉えた。
店内は、構造体をそのまま露出させたコンクリートの躯体を背景に、木製のカウンターと什器を最小限に挿入している。新しくつくり込むのではなく、すでにある構造とスケールを受け止めながら、成立する輪郭を探っている。
カウンターは、立つ・腰掛けるといった使い方を明確に定めず、団地の共用部に置かれた家具の延長のような存在として設えている。スツールやテーブルも特注で製作し、形や寸法を抑えることで、使われ方が固定されない状態とした。
ガラス越しに見える内部の様子や、昼と夕方で変わる光の入り方も、特別な演出として扱うのではなく、団地の時間の流れの一部としてそのまま受け止めている。
この店は、目的地として構えた場所というよりも、団地の中に元からあった風景の1つとして存在することを目指し、住人や通行人が、それぞれの距離感のまま関われる、生活の延長線上の存在である。

A craft beer stand that embraces the existing architecture and blends seamlessly into the housing complex
The location is surrounded by residential units and situated at a point where daily traffic—such as shopping and commuting—intersects. Rather than viewing it as a destination people visit with a specific purpose, we conceived of this space as an environment where people naturally pass through, meet up, or pause for a moment.
Inside, against a backdrop of exposed concrete structural elements, we have incorporated a wooden counter and minimal fixtures. Rather than creating something entirely new, we sought to define the space’s contours while embracing the existing structure and scale.
The counter is not designed for specific uses, such as standing or sitting; instead, it serves as an extension of the furniture in the housing complex’s common areas. The stools and tables were also custom-made, with their shapes and dimensions kept minimal to ensure they remain open to various uses.
The view of the interior through the glass and the changing light throughout the day—from noon to evening—are not treated as special effects but are accepted as they are, as part of the flow of time within the housing complex.
Rather than positioning itself as a destination, this shop aims to exist as one of the original landscapes within the housing complex—an extension of daily life where residents and passersby can engage with it at their own pace.
