光と風を享受する個性的な6つの空間をもつ住宅

北海道釧路市、市街地の西にある比較的新しい住居地区に、夫婦と子供2人の4人家族のために計画した住宅である。
土地探しからスタートしたプロジェクトは、釧路の夏を彩る花火大会が開催される新釧路川の河川敷に隣接している「場」に決定した。
そのロケーションを活かしながらパッシブに光や風を感じられる空間を考えた。
「ポーチとエントランス」「主寝室と2階の子供達の場」「プライベートバー」「リビングとVOID」「キッチンダイニングと2階ゲストルーム」「UT＆BATHと2階のクローク」という6個のエリアがCOURTを囲むように構成され、ガラスや開口部で、それぞれのエリアと一体になっている。
内部空間はエントランスからLDKの白を基調とした空間、コンクリートと木を基調としたバー、構造用合板現しを基調とした2階の空間と、それぞれ場としての個性ももっている。
床、壁、天井のある屋内の6つのコートと床壁と青空COURTがそれぞれのボリューム、高さと個性を持ち、OUT～IN～COURTが光と風で繋がる「アドリブコート」となった。（眞壁喜男）

A house with six unique spaces that enjoy light and wind

This house was planned for a family of four, a couple and two children, in a relatively new residential area west of the city center in Kushiro City, Hokkaido.
The project began with a search for land, and the decision was made to locate the house next to the Shin-Kushiro riverbank, where fireworks displays are held in the summer in Kushiro.
The project was designed to take advantage of the location and create a space where light and wind can be felt passively.
<Porch and entrance> < Main bedroom and children’s place on the second floor> <Private bar> <Living room and VOID> <Kitchen and dining room and guest room on the second floor> <UT and bath and cloakroom on the second floor>.
The six areas are organized around the COURT and are united with each other by glass and openings.
The interior space has its character as a place, from the entrance to the LDK space based on white, the BAR space based on concrete and wood, and the second floor space based on exposed structural plywood.
The six indoor courtyards with floors, walls, and ceilings, as well as the floor-wall and blue-sky courtyard, each have their volume, height, and character, creating an “ad-lib courtyard” where light and wind connect OUT~IN~COURT. (Yoshio Makabe)
