弊社が1店舗目から設計を担当している、フルーツ大福のお店「果実ノ華」5店舗目の計画。
計画場所は兵庫県加古川市にあるショッピングモール アリオ加古川の2面に大きく開いた角の区画である。
私たちは果実ノ華のコンセプトである、和菓子の技術で食べ頃のフルーツの時間を閉じ込めたフルーツ大福の世界観を、時間が止まったような静的な空間に整然と並ぶアート作品のようにフルーツ大福を扱うことを実現するために、L型のカウンターを2方向に向けて配置し、その世界観を多くの人々に見ていただけるよう計画した。
和の要素を背景とし、そこに浮かび上がるシームレスなカウンター。その上に鎮座する透明のアクリルキューブが色鮮やかなフルーツの断面を際立たせる。（武田憲昭＋吉澤生馬）
A simple Japanese confectionery shop where the products stand out like works of art
This is the fifth store project for the Fruits Daifuku store, “Kajitsu no Hana,” for which we have been in charge of the design since the first store.
The project site is a corner plot of the shopping mall Ario Kakogawa in Kakogawa City, Hyogo Prefecture, with wide openings on two sides.
To realize the concept of Fruit-no-Hana, which is to treat Fruits Daifuku like a work of art, using Japanese confectionery techniques to trap the time of the fruit at its best and to arrange the Fruits Daifuku neatly in a static space where time seems to have stopped, an L-shaped counter is placed facing two directions so that many people can see the world of the Fruits Daifuku. The counter was planned so that many people could see the world view of Daifuku.
The seamless counter floats against a background of Japanese elements. The transparent acrylic cubes on top highlight the colorful fruit’s cross-section. (Noriaki Takeda + Ikuma Yoshizawa)
