ベトナム・ヴィン市に位置する〈グオット・ガーデン・クラブハウス（Guột Garden Club House）〉は、自然と調和した生活を提供するエコ都市エリア「エコ・セントラル・パーク（Eco Central Park）」に建てられた、有機的な建築形態のゲストハウスです。

ダナンを拠点とする設計事務所ホー・クエ・アーキテクツ（Ho Khue Architects）が設計しました。

ヴィン都市圏が劇的な変容を遂げる中で、〈グオット・ガーデン・クラブハウス〉は単なる機能的な建物にとどまらず、人間と自然の調和を体現する建築的宣言として存在している。

風景から浮かび上がるこの彫刻的な建築は、素材と形態が奏でる交響曲であり、そのあらゆる曲線には感情と機能が織り込まれている。

山からドームへ：流動する形態

自然の雄大な輪郭とラム川という地域文化に着想を得た建築家は、非線形の建築ボリュームを創造することで、角張った都市環境に対して挑戦を試みた。高さ8mのこの構造体は、標準的なクラブハウスではない。それは巨大な貝殻のようでもあり、あるいはプールを包み込むように流れる建築的な流動体とも言える存在となっている。

空と大地をつなぐ屋根構造

この建築における象徴的なハイライトとなるのが屋根構造である。白く塗装され優雅に湾曲した鋼製トラスシステムによって形づくられた屋根の各折り目は、荷重を支える構造要素であると同時に、自然光と通風を取り込む開口部としても機能する。これは山に刻まれた一時的な皺（しわ）を模倣したものであり、空と大地との間に柔らかな視覚的移行を生み出している。

景観を優先した慎ましいプロポーション

5,380m²という広大な総敷地面積に対し、建蔽率はわずか9.8%に抑えられている。このクラブハウスは、景観を絶対的に最優先した「比例的なプロポーション」を示す模範的な事例と言えるだろう。

有機的な肌：グオット材の採用

設計思想の特異性は、素材の対比に現れている。まず屋根には工業製品ではなく、手作業で加工された天然素材「グオット（Guột：Gleicheniaceae ウラジロ科の植物）」を採用した。

この有機的な肌は、単なる覆いではない。下層空間を涼しく保つ微気候フィルターとして機能しつつ、独特の触覚的質感をもたらす。時を経てグオット屋根はその色調を変え、そこに絡みつく緑豊かな植生の層と融合していくことで、風景にさらに深く溶け込んでいく。

内部空間における素材の真実性

内部に足を踏み入れると、来訪者は素材の「真実性」と対峙することになる。

コンクリートの質感：打ち放しコンクリートは、力強く原始的な感触を伝える。
光と反射：研磨されたコンクリート床は、大きなガラスパーティションから差し込む自然光を反射し、空間の奥行きと開放感を高める。
木の温もり：ジム・ヨガエリアでは赤みがかった茶色のオーク材フローリングが採用されており、木材の魅力を引き立てるとともに、外部の緑豊かな景観と完全な対照をなす温かみのある雰囲気を創出している。

コミュニティを育む機能と空間構成

〈グオット・ガーデン・クラブハウス〉は、居住者のリゾートライフスタイルを支える「オールインワン」型のアメニティ複合施設モデルとして計画された。総延床面積530m²の施設内には、以下の中核機能が集約されている。

受付ロビー：親密な交流を生む結節点として機能する。
プール／スポーツエリア：広々とした更衣室に隣接する大型プールを配し、リラクゼーション体験を極限まで追求している。
多目的ブロック：この空間は他の商業機能には転用せず、コミュニティへの奉仕という目的を重視し、本来の状態が維持されている。

〈グオット・ガーデン・クラブハウス〉は、居住者が生活のバランスを見出すための場所である。自然素材がもたらす絶対的な安らぎ、開放的な空間の新鮮さ、そして労働のあとにエネルギーを再生するために必要な静けさがここにはある。それはまさに、ヴィンにおけるエリートライフスタイルの新たな象徴なのである。

In the context of Vinh urban area undergoing strong transformation, Guột Garden Club House is not merely a functional building but an architectural statement regarding the harmony between humanity and nature. It is a sculptural masterpiece rising from the landscape, serving as a symphony of materials and forms, where emotion and function are woven into every curve.

FORM FLOW: FROM THE MOUNTAIN TO THE DOME

Inspired by the majestic contours of nature and the regional culture of Lam River, the architects created a non-linear architectural mass, challenging the angularity of the urban environment. This 8m high structure is not a standard clubhouse, but a giant seashell or an architectural flow coiling around the swimming pool.

The roof structure is an iconic highlight, shaped by a system of gracefully curved, white-painted steel trusses. Each fold of the roof is not only a load-bearing element but also an opening for natural light and ventilation, simulating the temporal creases on the mountain, creating a soft visual transition between the sky and the ground.

With a total site area of 5,380 m² but a construction density of only 9.8%, the Clubhouse is a lesson in proportional modesty and absolute prioritization of the landscape.

SENSORY QUALITY AND EXPERIENCE: THE DIALOGUE OF MATERIALS

The distinctive feature of the design philosophy lies in the contrast of materials.
• Guột Roof – The Organic Skin: Instead of industrial materials, the roof is covered with Gleicheniaceae (guột), a handcrafted, natural material. This natural skin not only provides covering but also acts as a microclimate filter, keeping the space below cool and offering a unique tactile quality. Over time, the guột roof will change its hue, further blending into the layer of lush green vegetation clinging to it.
• Interior – The Authenticity of Surfaces: Stepping inside, one encounters the authenticity of the materials
• Raw concrete ceilings and board-formed concrete walls, delivering a robust, primal feel.
• Polished concrete floors reflect natural light from the large glass partitions, enhancing the depth and openness of the space.
• In the Gym + Yoga Area, wood material is celebrated with reddish-brown oak wood flooring, creating a warm feeling that perfectly contrasts with the lush green scenery outside
SPACE AND FUNCTIONALITY: COMMUNITY BUILDING
Guột Garden House is an “all-in-one” amenity complex model designed to serve the residents’ resort lifestyle. With a total gross floor area of 530 m², this facility includes the core functions:
• Reception Lobby serves as an intimate connection point.
• Swimming Pool/Sports Area: The relaxation experience is maximized in the large swimming pool area, adjacent to the spacious Changing Room area.
• Multi-functional Block: This space is kept in its original state, not converted into other commercial functions, emphasizing the goal of serving the community.
Guột Garden House is where residents find balance: the absolute relaxation of natural materials, the freshness of open space, and the necessary tranquility to regenerate energy after a working day. It is the new symbol of the elite lifestyle in Vinh.
