山梨県の新築住宅のプロジェクト。
nLDKと呼ばれる、不動産から考えられた建物の様式の中で、nの面積を最小限にし、残りをLDKとして何もつくらない空間を最大に確保した。
大きいLDKの中に小屋を建てる、2階をつくる、南側に増築するなど、今後の家族の変化に対応できる住宅として、今は最小限のからっぽの家を考えた。
最小限の大きさの箱は、大きな階段に沿って並べていく。だんだんにつまれた積み木のような小さな部屋は多様な空間をつくりながら、不揃いに積み上がっている。
今後、積木の部屋が足りなくなっても階段の反対側に積んでいき、空間を埋めていくような住宅ができあがった。（安田智紀）
Detached house that maximizes LDK that flexibly responds to changes in life
This project is for a new house in Yamanashi prefecture.
In a building style called “nLDK,” based on real estate, the area of “n” is minimized and contained in a box, and the remaining space is used as LDK.
The house is designed to be empty and to be able to accommodate future changes in the family, such as building a shed inside the large LDK, a second floor, or an addition on the south side.
Minimally sized boxes are arranged along a large staircase. Small rooms like blocks of wood are piled up unevenly, creating a variety of spaces.
Even if there are not enough rooms for the blocks in the future, they will be piled up on the other side of the stairs, creating a house that fills the space. (Tomonori Yasuda)
